Ecofrog GmbH Concrete Reclaimer and Filter Press System
The Ecofrog GmbH concrete reclaimer/filter press system is used in the ready-mix concrete industry to recycle leftover concrete and slurry water efficiently.
The system consists of two main components:
A Concrete Reclaimer
A Filter Press
Concrete Reclaimer
Processes returned (unused) concrete and washout water from agitator trucks.
Separates aggregates (sand and gravel) from slurry.
Aggregates are washed and recovered for reuse in new concrete.
Slurry water containing fine cement particles is forwarded to the filter press.
Filter Press
Processes the cementitious slurry from the reclaimer.
High pressure separates water from cement fines, producing a solid ‘filter cake’.
Clean water is collected for reuse; the dry filter cake is disposed of or reused.
