Once the vehicle has safely exited, the hopper tilts to discharge the load onto a feed conveyor, which then distributes the material directly into the plant’s aggregate storage bins – eliminating the need for a loading shovel or extra handling.
We also provide Ground Hoppers, which are installed below ground level within a pre-constructed concrete support structure. These hoppers sit flush with the ground, enabling delivery vehicles to tip aggregate directly into them with ease. This solution is ideal for maximizing space efficiency while maintaining smooth material flow into your plant.
